NTX-FRS LLC provides structural repair, foundation stabilization, drainage solutions, and remodeling services. All structural repairs are performed based on the specific repair plan agreed upon following a professional inspection.
Estimates are based on visible symptoms and technical data available at the time of inspection. If unforeseen structural issues are discovered during excavation or repair, NTX-FRS will provide a written change order before proceeding with additional work.
Standard Projects: A deposit may be required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion.
Fund at Closing: This specialized program is available for qualifying real estate transactions. Payment must be guaranteed through the settlement statement and paid directly by the title company upon the closing of the property sale.
Structural warranties are provided in writing upon the completion of the project and full payment of the contract. Warranties are transferable to future homeowners, provided the transfer process is completed within the timeframe specified in the warranty document.
NTX-FRS is not responsible for damage to hidden underground utilities not marked by “811” or the homeowner, nor for minor cosmetic interior cracking that may occur during the necessary lifting and leveling of a foundation.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Hood County or the county where the service was performed.
